As an Audit Support Associate, you will leverage your basic accounting knowledge and skills to support Brown Edwards clients. Supporting the Audit engagement team, you will perform tests, prepare and analyze reconciliations and transactions, and review supporting documentation. This is an exciting opportunity for the Audit Support Associate to join a growing top 100 public accounting firm.

What You Day Looks Like

- Reconcile and adjust client accounts to ensure agreement with general ledger (accruals, accounts payable, cash, accounts receivable, etc.)
- Prepare and analyze spreadsheets prepared by clients and others within the Firm
- Provide assistance to multiple levels from In-Charge to Partner
- Work professionally with both clients and others in the Firm

What You Need To Be Successful

- Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or accounting technology, or related business program. High School diploma with applicable work experience also acceptable.
- Experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping-related position
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
