Reporting to Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers, you will be the primary point of contact of clients and oversee day-to-day responsibilities of the Audit team. As the Audit Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Sr. Associates who will look to you for mentorship, development & training opportunities and, ensure service level excellence. What Your Day Looks Like

- Manage multiple client relationships and engagements
- Analyze and research accounting and auditing matters, and develop effective solutions
- Manage a team of Associates and Sr. Associates, and provide training, coaching, and mentoring
- Participate in professional and community events and activities

What You Need To Be Successful

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting
- 7+ Years of public accounting or relevant experience
- Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- A passion for client service excellence with a commitment to effective communication, organization, analytics, team first mindset, continuous education and, performance management
