As a Senior Audit Associate, you will directly supervise and help develop In Charge Associates and Associates. In addition to managing multiple client engagements, Senior Audit Associates will identify business development opportunities by leveraging their excellent communication skills, advanced auditing and accounting knowledge, and being a valued consultant by Brown Edwards clientele. Reporting to Partners, Directors, and Managers, the Senior Audit Associate will receive direction, training, and professional guidance as they continue their career progression.

What You Day Looks Like

- Provide overall leadership, supervision, training, and performance feedback to In-Charge Associates and Associates
- Perform audit risk assessment and planning procedures, and execute audit plan
- Analyze and research accounting and auditing matters, and develop effective solutions
- Participate in professional and community events and activities

What You Need To Be Successful

- Bachelors or Masters in Accounting
- 3+ Years of professional accounting experience
- CPA or working towards CPA designation
