As an In-Charge Audit Associate, you will perform advanced audit engagements and perform related research assignments. Under the guidance of an engagement team leader, you will leverage your auditing and accounting technical competencies to serve Brown Edward’s clientele. The In Charge Audit Associate will be exposed to many niches and specialties to continuously develop your accounting and auditing knowledge base.

What You Day Looks Like

- Working directly with client personnel, develop understanding of client's internal controls and perform testing to verify the accuracy of the data provided
- Utilize various software products to execute audit plan, including analytical procedures
- Assist in training interns and associates
- Prepare financial statements, audit reports, and other deliverables

What You Need To Be Successful

- Bachelors or Masters in Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ Years of professional accounting experience
- Working towards CPA designation
