Essential Functions of the job:
-Prepares budget and expense reports
-Monitors grant ledger account activity
-Distributes invoices for project reimbursements
-Submits funding drawdown requests
-Monitors cash on hand for each grant program to balance with expenses
-Communicates financial position of the grant program with the program staff
-Ensures compliance of grants with internal and external program requirements
-Monitors effort reporting
-Completes grant close out functions
-Assists with annual audit of grant activity
-Provides assistance with grant applications
-Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Required
-Accounting Experience 3 – 5 Years
-Knowledge of approved accounting procedures
-Microsoft office product experience (Word, Excel)
-Excellent communication skills for internal and external customers
