Topic of Discussion: This course will highlight commercial lending programs / enhancements that might be useful to commercial borrowers in the current and anticipated economic environment.  For instance, we could feature an interest rate hedging program we offer in conjunction with one of our correspondent partners that could provide longer-term fixed interest rates as well as programs like those offered by West Virginia Economic Development Authority, the Small Business Administration, the Federal Home Loan Bank, etc. that can assist borrowers in obtaining financing.

We would like to invite our partners who we work with on these programs to participate and highlight the features of each of the programs and we could share a few examples / scenarios where such tools may be helpful.  In total, we would probably feature 4-5 programs / tools that might be useful to borrowers, and would probably invite 4 of our partners (WVEDA, SBA, FHLB and SouthState (our interest rate hedging correspondent)) to co-present with us on the various programs to be featured.
