The Biennial Report is a summarized breakdown of the taxes levied on businesses and on personal income for taxpayers working and living in West Virginia. It encompasses an overview, as well as definitions of the various taxes, percentages collected, miscellaneous licenses and fees, and various tax credits (i.e. Business Investment, Business Employment, Environmental, and other miscellaneous credits.)
