The WVSCPA is a 501(C)(6) organization, which elects its officers and directors at a June annual meeting. The Board of Directors is comprised of a five-member Executive Committee (officers) and ten Directors-at-Large.
The Society CEO and staff manage the Society’s statewide operations. The Society staff functions include continuing professional education, membership benefits and services, legislative and advocacy programs, communications, and outreach to schools, students, and the public.
